One flat monthly rate covers your lawn all twelve months — mowing through mulch through fall aeration. No per-visit invoices, no annual contract, no chasing anyone down.
Most lawn services sell you mowing and then quote you separately every time the yard needs something that isn't mowing. Mulch is a project. Aeration is a project. Fall cleanup is a project — and it's the one everybody skips.
Our program is built the other way around. The whole calendar is in the price, so the work that actually determines whether your lawn looks good in June — the pre-emergent in March, the aeration in October — happens on schedule instead of happening when you get around to approving a quote.
And because the same crew runs your street every week, they know your yard: where the sprinkler heads are, which gate sticks, where water pools after a storm.
Not included: fertilizer treatment programs. We'll quote those separately, or work alongside your current treatment company.
Timing is most of the job. Here is roughly how a year runs on a Hampton Roads property.

Same flat rate and same fixed service day in all three cities. What changes is what the property needs between mows.
The shop is on Elbow Road, so Chesapeake routes are the densest we run and the service day rarely moves. Great Bridge and Western Branch lawns are fescue under mature canopy; Grassfield's compacted builder soil is where aeration earns its keep.

Fertilizer treatments are not included in the package. If you want a fertilization program, we will quote it separately or you can keep your existing lawn treatment company — the two do not conflict.
No. The rate is the same twelve months a year. You pay the same amount in January, when we may only be out twice, as you do in June when we are there weekly. That is the point of the program — it smooths a seasonal, lumpy expense into one predictable number, and it means the spring mulch and fall aeration are already paid for when they come due.
No annual contract. We do require a minimum of four consecutive mowing visits to start service, because a single visit to an overgrown lawn is a cleanup, not lawn care, and it does not produce the result either of us wants.
If a property has been let go, we will quote a one-time cleanup to bring it to a maintainable baseline before the monthly program starts. We will tell you up front rather than surprising you with it later.
Generally we mulch clippings back into the lawn, which returns nitrogen to the soil and is better for turf health. When growth is heavy or clippings would clump and smother the grass, we collect them. Hard surfaces get blown off before we leave, every visit.
