Scheduled mowing & edging
Fixed service days built around your business hours, not ours. Mowing, string trimming, bed and walk edging, and full hard-surface blow-off so the lot is clean when we leave.

The first thing a customer sees is your parking lot island and your entrance beds. We keep them looking like somebody is paying attention — on a fixed schedule, on one account.

Core aeration, fertilization and weed control on a schedule that matches coastal Virginia's season — so the turf on a high-traffic commercial property actually holds up to the traffic.
Sprinkler system checks and maintenance so you find a broken head before your water bill does, plus pest control for the beds and turf.
Standing water in a parking lot island or a walkway that floods is a liability, not a landscaping problem. We grade, drain and pave it properly.
Entrances and common areas that have been beaten down by traffic, equipment or drought get renovated or re-sodded rather than patched forever.
One point of contact for every property you manage, invoiced the way your accounting wants it — consolidated or split per site. COI provided on request.
Anybody can cut grass once. What a commercial property actually needs is the same crew, on the same day, doing the same work, for years — so nobody on your team has to notice the landscaping to know it got done.
That's the same operating principle behind our residential routes: trained in-house, uniformed, and dispatched on a schedule. It just matters more when a customer is walking past your entrance beds on the way to a table.
Fixed schedules, crews in uniform, and a service window that holds through peak season — in all three cities.
Office parks, retail centers and apartment communities in Greenbrier and Grassfield, serviced off the Elbow Road shop. The short drive is the reason early-morning windows here actually hold.
Lawn care in ChesapeakeRestaurants and apartment communities on small, tight-access lots. Ghent and Colonial Place properties get walk-behind equipment that physically fits the site, not whatever came off the trailer first.
Lawn care in NorfolkHotels, apartment communities and office parks from Hilltop out to Landstown, on fixed schedules — and to the presentation standard those properties are judged on.
Lawn care in Virginia BeachRestaurants, apartment and condo communities, hotels, office parks and retail centers across Hampton Roads. Over the last decade-plus we have maintained grounds for hundreds of properties alongside our residential routes.
Yes. Restaurants and hotels usually want crews out before the lunch rush or after checkout; apartment communities usually want mid-week. We build your service window into the route rather than making you fit ours.
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can furnish a certificate of insurance naming your property or management company as required before work begins.
For commercial properties, yes — aeration, fertilization and weed control are part of the grounds programs we build, along with sprinkler system maintenance and pest control. This differs from the residential package, where fertilizer treatments are quoted separately.
One account, one point of contact, and invoicing that matches how your company wants it split — per property or consolidated. Tell us what your accounting needs and we will work to it.
Send us the address and the service window you need. We'll walk it, price it, and give you a schedule you can hold us to.
