What we collect
When you request an estimate through this website or call us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you're interested in, and any details you add about the property.
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of delivering the site. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The estimate form on our contact page is provided by GoHighLevel and runs in an embedded frame, which sets its own cookies in order to function; see the section on that form below.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work at your property, invoice you, and communicate with you about your service. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your estimate or your account.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example a payment processor or scheduling system — and only as needed for them to perform that function, or where we are required to by law.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are served from this site itself, so displaying a page does not make a request to any font provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard delivery logs.
Text messages and mobile information
If you give us your phone number and check the consent box on our estimate form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Extra Mile Lawn Care about your quote request, scheduling and service updates. Consenting to marketing messages is optional and is never a condition of getting an estimate or of any service we provide.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by us, and are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver those texts on our behalf, solely for that purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not stop us calling or emailing you about work in progress at your property.
The estimate form
Our contact page hosts an estimate form provided by GoHighLevel, which loads in an embedded frame from a separate domain. What you type into that form goes to GoHighLevel, who process it on our behalf so that it reaches us as a lead. That frame sets its own cookies in order to work, and its operation is also governed by GoHighLevel's privacy terms. If you would rather not use it, call or email us and we will take your details directly.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information we hold for you at any time by emailing info@extramilelawncare.com or calling 757-888-5296. If you'd rather not receive service reminders or marketing messages, tell us and we'll stop sending them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
