How does your monthly pricing compare to typical pay per service?
Our Monthly Full-Service Lawn Care package offers significant savings compared to what you’d typically pay for individual services. Instead of unpredictable costs throughout the year, our fixed monthly fee ensures your lawn stays in top condition year-round without surprise expenses. Customers appreciate the cost-effectiveness and peace of mind knowing their yard will be consistently maintained.
Do you offer single-visit lawn mowing?
We’re unable to accommodate one-time mowing requests. Our weekly schedule is carefully planned to manage a large number of properties efficiently. In order to start service with us, we require a commitment of four consecutive mowing visits. However, we don’t require an annual contract, so if you’re not looking for long-term lawn care, our four-visit option is a flexible solution.
Do I need to be home for lawn service?
No, you do not need to be home when we service your lawn. Our team follows a set schedule and will complete the work efficiently while respecting your property. If you have any specific requests, you can let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate them.
What day will my lawn be mowed each week?
The specific day your lawn is serviced depends on our schedule and the neighborhoods we’ll be working in. However, each week we will mow your lawn on the same day, although the exact time of day could change.
Do you mow lawns on weekends and Holidays?
We do our best to set our schedule to service lawns on weekdays and to avoid mowing on weekends and holidays, but in some cases, it may be necessary.

Common Questions
How do you handle weather delays?
If it’s lightly raining, we will still mow your lawn. However, if the lawn is too wet and mowing could cause damage to the turf, we will hold off. If only certain areas of your lawn have poor drainage, we may mow the rest while skipping the overly saturated sections. When weather delays occur, we will work to service your lawn as soon as conditions improve and then return to your regular schedule.
What is the ideal watering schedule for my lawn?
In the spring and fall we suggest watering your lawn 2 times per week. In the summer we recommend 3 to 4 times per week. Adjust your watering schedule based on rainfall—water it more during a drought or cut back if there’s significant rain.
What should I do to prepare my lawn for service?
To ensure the best results, we ask that you clear any pet or children’s toys and furniture from your lawn before our visit. If you have a gated yard, please make sure it is unlocked on your scheduled service day. Keeping these areas accessible helps our crew work efficiently and keeps your lawn looking great. Please avoid watering your lawn 24 hours before your scheduled service.
