From the Owner
My vision when creating Extra Mile Lawn Care back in 2014 is still the same today. Our team focuses on making sure that on every job, every day, we’re going the Extra Mile to make sure our customers have a yard they can be proud of. Whether we’re mowing, raking leaves, trimming bushes, or mulching we pay attention to the little details that make a difference.
I’ve lived my entire life in Hampton Roads. After high school I worked at Broad Bay Golf Course. While there I learned a great deal about proper lawn maintenance, the best type of grass for different applications, and care for plants and shrubs. While in college I studied marketing, so it seemed like a natural evolution to start my own lawn care company.
Over the last 10+ years I’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of homeowners, restaurants, apartment complexes, and hotels to maintain their yards and grounds. We use top-of-the-line equipment and have a detailed training program for new team members so they continue our tradition of going the “extra mile.”
